All orders from The Pet Pantry are processed and shipped within the United Kingdom to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business day.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your location.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 within the United Kingdom.
Orders under £50 have a flat shipping rate of £4.99.


4. Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?

Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.


5. What items cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Opened grooming or health products

  • Used pet beds or clothing

  • Flea or worming treatments

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
